Compact studio with the surface of 14 m² can accommodate 2 people. The space of the apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower cabin. The space of the apartment has been functionally arranged so as to provide maximum comfort even within a small surface. The living room has a seating area with a double sofa bed, perfect for relaxation in front of a flat-screen SmartTV with the Internet access. Other multimedia amenities include free access to a Wi-Fi network. The kitchenette area has essential appliances (electric cooktop, microwave, fridge) to allow guests to easily prepare their favorite meals. The bathroom facilities feature a washing machine and a hair dryer. For a good beginning of every stay, complimentary cosmetics set, towels, and bed linen are provided.
