The place is very clean and in a great location for going to concerts in Charlotte. I didn’t realize that we were just renting a room instead of the whole place

Listing description not very accurate. I did not realize it was only 1 bedroom in the house. Would have been nice to know we were sharing the house with other guests. Room did not have a private bathroom either, the bathroom was shared. Found cockroach in bed.

This stay was really a great experience. So close to where I needed to be but also very near to the Charlotte airport and the downtown scene. Everything I needed was here. Plenty of space to park, a full kitchen, laundry, and a comfortable bed. The property is protected with cameras and high end door locks for your safety. My one caveat I do have to mention is there are multiple bedrooms with locks so if you are staying as a single person, make sure to check with owners about anyone else staying on property. I did not have an issue and had the place to myself. Overall, lovely home, and a great stay!
