Kitchen: whether you`re a seasoned chef or a microwave maestro, our fully-equipped kitchen caters to all. Modern appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, and a full set of cookware, make meal preparations a breeze.

Bathroom: pamper yourself in the pristine bathroom. Plush towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided for your convenience. The in-unit washing machine and dryer ensure fresh outfits for every day.

Checkin: Please note that check-in is between 16.00 and 2200hrs. The front door locks at 22.00, so you must arrive before then.

1. All check-ins must be completed before 22:00 hours as the entry code will no longer work after this time.
2. If a guest requires a later check-in, we can place the key in a key lock box outside the property.
3. To arrange for a late check-in, we require at least one week`s notice. A 200 SEK fee will apply.
4. For last-minute requests (received closer to the check-in date), the fee will increase to 500 SEK and the late check-in may not be guaranteed.

This home is equipped with a device that monitors the environment inside the property (including noise levels, temperature, and motion) to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed. It does not have a camera and does not record sound.
