With a view of the sea, the holiday apartment WG1 Benidorm impresses you with its fantastic panorama. The 65 m² accommodation consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and one bathroom, and can accommodate 2 to 3 people. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fan, and a washing machine. The bedroom has two single beds. Your private outdoor area includes a covered terrace.



There is a restaurant in the building, and a bar as well as a café are located right next door. The city beach Platja de Llevant is just a few steps away (approx. 50 m), and the beach Cala del Mal Pas can be reached in about 9 minutes on foot (approx. 700 m). The nearest supermarket is a 2 to 3-minute walk away (approx. 190 m). Alicante Airport is about 40 minutes away by car (approx. 59 km).



Wi-Fi is suitable for video calls. The accommodation offers step-free access and has a barrier-free interior. Towels and bed linen are included in the price. An elevator is available in the building. This accommodation has strict recycling rules; please ask your host about them upon arrival.

Great location

Had a lovely break apartment close to the Old Town overlooking the beach. Local choir could be heard singing every morning on the beach outside apartment. Charming apartment. Comfortable beds and nice living room. Kitchen fully equipped although not used much as there are so many o places to eat out. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Nice apartment for two

Nice, spotless and cosy apartment with great sea views. The terrace downstairs can be a bit noisy but for us, that was a part of being in Benidorm, surrounded by happy people. :)

Exactly as advertised

Coming to Spain from America, I was a little worried about being able to communicate and coordinate. But, the entire process was efficient and worry-free. Exceptional communication and all of our expectations (and more) were met.

Overall we were satisfied. The location is within walking distance of pretty much everything to do in Benidorm. The apartment is fine but very bare bones. We were on a long trip through Spain so wanted to cook a little more than the average vacationer. The kitchen didn’t have a lot of things and no dishwasher. But it was a great people watching location!

Worst VRBO Ever

The owners of this apartment have gone out of their way to mislead the renters by not completely disclosing some very important points: The primary listing photo appears to show a table and chairs in an outdoor setting. In fact the listing states, "Your private outdoor area includes a covered terrace and a balcony.” There is in fact no balcony or outdoor area. The owners must assume that opening windows provides you with an outdoor area. Because that’s all you have. A couple of sliding glass doors on the exterior wall of the building. Please understand that there is NO BALCONY.Listing feature number 2: “There is a restaurant in the building and a bar and café right next door” This of course sounds like a great benefit. Your apartment is on the third floor but there are food and beverages close by. However, the Bar opens at 10 in the morning and closes at 5 in the morning providing you with a steady heavy base sound that reverberates through the apartment 19 hours per day. And for your additional discomfort, at 5 am the bar employees drag the tables across the cobble street, throwing the chairs into a stack, discussing their evening all while cleaning the area. Listing feature #3: Item not mentioned is you are charged an additional 10 euros anytime you exceed 10 hours of a/c usage, or the electricity is turned off remotely. Understand that you will need the A/C because the windows are closed 20 hours per day to reduce the bar noise.

We try to make the layout of properties and amenities as clear as possible when we create our listings, with professional photos taken without using wide-angled lenses, and uploaded without any retouching or filters, so that they are as close to reality as possible. We would like to mention that the terrace that is shown in the photos, can be seen clearly that it is a closed-in terrace, with the option to open back the windows. It also states in the description that the property is a few steps from the beach and there is a restaurant in the building, and a bar and café right next door (4m). Additionally, in the arrival information, the charges for the air conditioning are given. Pros: tutto secondo le aspettative ed anche di più. La persona che si occupa dell'appartamento parla solo spagnolo ma è risultata più che disponibile ad ogni richiesta. Zona in traffico pedonale quindi se arrivate in macchina specificatelo alla proprietaria perchè deve essere fatto il permesso. Residence dotato di parcheggio privato con telecomando per entrare. Unico neo per le famiglie è che al piano terra c'è uno dei locali più frequentati di benidorm e quindi fino a tardi (molto tardi)c'è un po' di caos ma data la posizione e la comodità dell'appartamento ci si può passare anche sopra. Ah dimenticavo di dire che non ho mai visto tanta polizia e controlli in una città turistica devo solo fare i miei complimenti.

Pros: Apartment location great, on the beach with a view of the promenade, short walk to old town and a few streets away from Calle Gerona strip. Can recommend for a couple who like to have late nights. Fri & Sat nights don't expect to get any sleep as the bars below go on to 5 am so the noise is loud. If you sleep in the back bedroom its not too bad but anyone sleeping on the sofa-bed in the front room bring ear-plugs. Apartment has all the amenities required, clean and fresh. Girl who does the cleaning and arranging the deposit speaks little or no English so be warned. Otherwise have a great holiday and Benidorm lives up to its reputation

Las camas son muy cómodas y el sofá cama también. Nosotros hemos estado muchas veces en Benidorm y la situación del apartamento es idónea ya que está en primera línea de playa y a un paso de la zona de ambiente y del centro y está todo a mano, restaurantes, supermercados, ... La comunicación con la propietaria excelente y la atención por parte de Patricia y su hija para la entrega de llaves y demás excelente también, son ambas encantadoras, Si tenemos ocasión de volver a Benidorm repetiríamos sin duda.
