We do not rent to youth groups; families are very welcome :)

A beautiful townhouse right in the heart of Laroque-des-Alberes, at the foot of the picturesque Pyrenees. The sea and numerous beaches are just a short drive away.

Our vacation home features a living area with an open-concept kitchen, 3 separate bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower—spread over 2 floors. Our 2x2-meter double beds provide plenty of sleeping space. You enter the house through a terrace, which offers a lovely spot for sitting and barbecuing.

La réalité est conforme au descriptif. La ville est magnifique, les commerçants accueillants et professionnels. Il manque certains équipements pour rendre l'appartement au top : dans la cuisine (essoreuse à salade par ex.) et pour le BBQ, un éclairage et une protection solaire efficace sur la terrasse. IL faut ressortir dans la rue pour accéder à la piscine, qui n'est pas éclairée le soir... Les propriétaires sont charmants et très réactifs.Bref, un beau séjour, qui deviendra, après ces petits ajustements, tout simplement magnifique

Berge und Strand/Pool

Optimale Location für Familien, die einerseits aktiv in den nahen Pyrenäen sein wollen, dann aber auch den einen oder anderen Tag am Strand verbringen wollen. Pool ist für die kurze Erfrischung nach dem Sport auch super. Abends kann man sehr lecker Essen gehen; in der Hauptsaison vorbestellen! Lieben Dank an Alex and Sascha, die sich alle Mühe geben, dass es den Gästen an nichts mangelt!

Séjour très agréable ! Le village est très joli, bien situé et avec tout ce qu'il faut, restau, pizzeria, crêperie, café...Les propriétaires sont charmants , très accueillants et réactifs !!! Seul petit bémol, pas de climatisation, ni ventilateur ni moustiquaire et un petit rideau sur la porte d'entrée serait le bienvenu😉! La piscine est top !!! Séjour très agréable,nous recommandons😎😀

Very nice hosts, situated in old Village Center. Short ways. Refreshing pool and only user as only guest in the double house. Short ways to mountains and beach.

Our house is a townhouse with three separate units. We are living downstairs and there are also neighbors right and left, which is ususal since this is a townhouse and not a free standing object. 75 sm is enough for 6 people and we do have closets in every bedroom, and we never had complains from other big familys regarding the space. Our very spacious pool area is shared by two guesthouses and we do not have a washingmashine. All that informations are clearly stated in our ad, so we basically got two stars because somebody did not read our ad properly. As these guests arrived and were surprised by the fact, that the pool is shared, we offered them to give back all their money and search a new propper stay for their vacation, but they decided to stay anyway. We barely understand this rating of two starts since our houses are exactly what we describe in the ad and did anything as hosts to make our guests happy.

Had a great stay again at this property. Really good location for the local bars and easy access to brilliant beaches and of course, Colliuore. The pool was fantastic.

Thank you for your feedback, on which we would like to set something straight. We do not have a north pool. Our pool area is open from 3 sides and therefore always sunny. As one can see in other guests feedbacks, our XXL pool ist the highlight and some people are spending their entire holidays enjoing our sunny poolarea. We do have curtains and/or window shades, as one can see it on the pictures. Therefore it is possible to darken up every single bedroom. We do describe everything as precise as possible in our display and also showing lots of pictures to avoid any disappointment for our guests. We are very sorry, that you didn’t enjoy your vacation despite the fact that you’ve saved more than half a price while booking last minute.

Relax and practical house to spend your holidays

The house just provide us a practical space to enjoy our 25 days stay on Laroque-des-Albères. Sasha and Aleks are attentive and very kind to us that made our holidays enjoyable and feeling at home. I recommend the house and we will surely be back here for our next holidays.

Fantastic holiday. Owners were v. helpful. Lovely apartment, great pool and a wonderful village.

Firstly Alex and Sasha are very welcoming and friendly. Any issues were quickly sorted. My wife and I had had a hard year at work and our kids had just finished their A levels and GCSE exams so we were all ready for a break! Place was very clean. Plenty of room in the apartment; good car parking space; pool was fantastic. Great location... lovely Catalan village with shops in village and large Carrefour supermarket an easy 10 mins drive away. Collioure only 20 mins drive away - stunning place. Beaches similar distance and also great/ clean. It was very hot during our stay so we did little more than chill out in the pool, go to the beaches and to the local bar. The village had a wonderful cosmopolitan feel with many nationalities... we bumped into many people in the local bar and spent many an hour simply chatting the night away in the warm evening air... really friendly. Easy hours drive from Girona airport (Jet2 flight was excellent). Recommend this place... I know we will be back!

Très bon séjour.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de deux semaines. Tout d'abord, très belle commune entre montagne et mer. Beaucoup d'animations pendant les vacances. Rien de négatif à dire sur ce séjour. Nous étions 8 dont 4 enfants en bas âge. Nous avons pu profiter du soleil le matin sur la terrasse en prenant nos petits déjeuners ou bien y faire de bons petits barbecues, de la piscine les après midi ensoleillés ou des transats pour bronzer. Les enfants s'y sont bien amusés. La maison est grande, bien agencée. Nous avons eu un coup de coeur pour les propriétaires, ils sont aimables, accessibles et très agréables. Je recommande cette location sans problème.

Urlaubs-Erholungserlebnis pur!

Dieseer Ort ist einfach spitze!!!! In maximal 5 Gehminuten ist man in den Bergen und mitten in der wunderschönen Natur zum wandern oder für einen Spaziergang. Man wohnt in einem eigenen Hausbereich mit ausreichend Platz um sich zurückziehen zu können. Der Pool ist groß und die Ruhezonen ebenfalls sehr großzügig gestaltet. Ebenfalls mit sehr viel Platz um seinen eigenen Bereich haben zu können, wenn beide Häuser den Pool nutzen. Aber da man mit dem Auto in ca. 15 Minuten zu sehr schönen unterschiedlichen Stränden fahren kann, haben wir den Pool gar nicht so oft genutzt, denn diese Vielfalt an großzügigen Stränden hat uns eher zum Meer hingezogen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sowohl zu Fuß im Ort oder mit dem Auto sehr schnell zu erreichen. Der Ort LaRoque ist sehr malerisch - nach Spanien brauchten wir 30 Minuten mit dem Auto. Was soll ich noch sagen - vielfältige Gegend und Erlebnismöglichkeiten - toll, toll, toll

Entspannter Urlaub mir Meer und Bergen

Wir verbrachten 7 Tage bei Sascha und Aleks und können nur Positives berichten. Beide sind wundervolle Gastgeber, sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und mit der großen Küche hat man alles was man für die Zeit braucht. Die Wohnung in Laroque liegt sehr idyllisch und ruhig und der Strand ist nur 15 Auto-Minuten entfernt. Auch Wanderungen in die Pyrenäen sind von hier aus ein tolles Erlebnis. Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit und können jedem einen Besuch bei Sascha und Aleks empfehlen

Séjour sympa et agréable

Village très agréable au pied du massif des Alberes, dans une région offrant pas mal de choses à voir (Collure, Argeles, Port-Vendres, L'Espagne, la Montagne et la mer...). Logement sympa, propre et agréable à vivre, conforme à l'offre de départ. Le seul bémol est que l'équipement n'est pas forcément en rapport avec le nombre de personnes susceptible d'être accueillies. Ce sont des détails mais par exemple : pas de bols pour déjeuner, pas de grand saladier ou encore pas de lave-vaisselle. Et quand on est 6, on apprécie aussi l'aspect fonctionnel des choses. En dehors de cela, nos vacances ont été très réussies et nous ne pouvons que recommander cette location, malgré ces quelques points vraiment pas difficiles à améliorer.

Urlaub für die ganze Familie in entspannter Atmosphäre

Wir (fünfköpfige Familie, Kinder im Alter 7, 4, 1 Jahre) waren 14 Tage in Haus 2. Die Ferienwohnung war für unsere Anforderungen mit drei Zimmern und einem Wohn-Esszimmer auf einer Ebene ideal. Zudem war die Wohnung in frisch renoviertem Zustand und pico bello sauber. Obwohl im gesamten Haus zwei Ferienwohnungen und die Wohnung der Vermieter untergebracht sind, ist man völlig ungestört. Auch am Pool ist durch mehrere Sitzecken genug Platz für alle. Die Vermieter Aleks und Sascha sind supernett, spontan und immer ansprechbar. Auch unsere Kinder haben sie gleich ins Herz geschlossen. Vom Haus aus ist der Ortskern von Laroque des Alberes (Bäcker, Metzger, Restaurants, Café) in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. In der Umgebung von Laroque gibt es für jeden etwas: Wandern, Rad fahren, shoppen, klassisches Strandleben (inklusive Geheimtipps der Vermieter) oder einfach nur die schöne Landschaft genießen. Zudem gibt es in der Hauptsaison jeden Abend diverse Veranstaltungen. Unser Fazit ist klar: Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können die Wohnung weiter empfehlen.

Toller Urlaub, super Ferienwohnung,wir kommen gern

Wir, meine Freunde und ich hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt in der komfortablen Ferienwohnung. Alles war sehr sauber und neu. Die Gastgeber sind extrem hilfsbereit und super freundlich,wir müssten uns um nichts kümmern und konnten so jede Sekunde genießen,nach unserem Barcelona Aufenthalt genau das richtige :) Der Ort läd ein zum verweilen und bleiben. Der nahe gelegenen Strand bietet wirklich alles was das Herz begehrt. Es gibt viele verschiedene Strandabschnitte,entweder etwas belebter mit guten Bummelmöglichkeiten und estaurants oder ruhigerer Abschnitte zum chillen,sogar einen fkk Strand gibt es,falls die Nahtlose Bräune bevorzugt wird. Wir werden in jedem Fall wieder kommen!!

Toller Südfrankreich Urlaub

Wir (5-köpfige Familie) haben eine wünderschöne Zeit in der neu renovierten Wohnung von Alex und Sascha erlebt. Die Vermieter sind super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Der Pool war für die Kinder nach dem Strandbesuch die willkommene Abendbeschäftigung:-). Er wird täglich gereinigt und ist sehr sauber. Der Ort selbst liegt idyllisch am Fuße der Pyrinäen. Bäcker, Apotheke, Tante Emma Laden vorhanden. Zwei große Supermärkt im nahen Umkreis (5 min. mit PKW) erreichbar. Die meiste Zeit haben wir an den Stränden von Argelles verbracht. Besonders zu empfehlen ist der "Cocco Beach". Was uns in der Wohnung gefehlt hat war eine Spülmaschine. :-(
