This cosy holiday rental is located in the attic and, with 40 square metres of living space, offers plenty of room for an unforgettable holiday. The bedroom features a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, coffee maker, refrigerator, electric kettle, and a seating area. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. Bed linens, towels, free Wi-Fi, and final cleaning are included in the price. You’ll find a public car park next to the accommodation. A 50% prepayment is charged after booking (via bank transfer). The remaining balance is to be paid on-site in cash or by debit card. Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. When booking the holiday rental for company employees, an additional fee of 100 euros per booking will be charged. Possible additional fees: washing machine and dryer. A bread roll service is available upon request (for a fee). Wi-Fi, final cleaning, towels, and bed linens are included. An additional room (for up to 3 people) can be booked upon request. Einfach nur Wohlfühlen
