Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located condo within the highly sought after Myrtle Beach Resort. This is a private gated community with 24 hour on site security. Enjoy the convenience of outdoor & indoor pools, kids park, tennis courts, hot tubs, beach bar & grill, lazy river, game room, Seabreeze market, NY Pizza, and private beach access. This spacious 2 bed 2 bath condo in the A-building is remodeled and beautifully decorated. The beach is waiting 🏖

The space
This is a unique 33 acre private community. Once you're in these gates you'll have access to all the amenities and cool features that this amazing place has to offer. Hang out by one of the many pools, lazy river, or on the beautiful private beach. This place is 1 mile away from market commons, 3 miles away from the boardwalk, 5 miles away from Broadway at the beach, and 10 miles away from the famous marshwalk. The perfect private family getaway is right here. Enjoy the most beautiful part of Myrtle Beach.

6 pools, 1 lazy river, 5 hot tubs, a kid's pool and water play park. There are tennis courts, bachi ball courts, basketball courts, volleyball courts, and pickleball courts. There is an on site restaurant/bar The Quarterdeck. There are 3 gyms, a sauna, a steem room, a kid's park, Stella’s Ice Cream, NY Pizza, the SeaBreeze market, grilling & picnic areas, and 24/7 security. You will also have direct access to our private beaches.

Other things to note
** Note: as of 1/1/2026 the HOA has implemented a $10 a day parking fee. (card only-no cash) To offset this cost, we have reduced the price of the unit by $10/night.

This is a non smoking unit. Pets are not allowed. No Parties under any circumstance. Renters must be 23 or over. These are HOA rules and guidelines so there is no wiggle room.

We really enjoyed our stay! There is so much to do, especially with kids. You can’t beat the location either…the beach is right there! We definitely plan to come back here!!

This was our first time to Myrtle Beach and we had an amazing trip! We have three young kids all under 8 and this resort was perfect for us. So many pools and hot tubs, we hopped around from the beach to the pools all day long. We loved the beach chairs, beach cart, and beach toys that were provided by the condo. Very helpful since we flew here and couldn't bring much! The Beach Toy Library on the beach is such a great idea too. Condo itself was nice and cozy with everything we needed. Eleveators worked great. Stairwell was a bit stinky. Hope to return again soon!
