The direct view of the harbour and the lake beyond gives it a maritime feel.
The terrace, which features a green area, faces south and is furnished with a table and four chairs.

The 56 m² living space is divided into a living/dining area with a kitchenette, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower.
All windows and the patio door are equipped with electric insect screens.

Ideal for 2 people; an extra bed for two people can be set up on the sleeper sofa in the living room.
A small, natural access point to Lake Plau is located in the immediate vicinity (approx. 150 m).
A cot and a high chair can be reserved free of charge. Please bring your own bed linens, as well as pillows and a blanket for the cot.

Parking is included in the rental price and is located about 150 m from the apartment. A small cart is available for our guests to use for luggage and groceries.
