Located in one of St. Petes most desirable neighborhoods, youll be just minutes to downtown, close to major hospitals, and an easy drive to both Clearwater and Tampa airports. The area is known for its charming streets, walkability, and quiet, residential feel. Outdoor patio to enjoy coffee or a cocktail and fresh air any time of day. There is a detached 1-bedroom apartment at the back of the property (separately occupied), but only the front house has backyard access.
