This modern holiday village, set on a sprawling 8-hectare site, is perfectly located just 700 meters from the beach via a convenient footpath. The grounds are lush with numerous pine trees and shady native flora, ensuring a pleasant coolness during the hot summer months and filling the air with a wonderful Mediterranean scent. This mobile home offers a comfortable and modern base for families, allowing you to relax on your private terrace or by the shared pool. The mobile home provides a well-appointed living space with air conditioning, a dining table, and a TV (note: no Dutch or German channels available). The kitchenette is designed for convenience, equipped with a hob, microwave, electric kettle, pads coffee machine, and a fridge with a freezer compartment, plus the bonus of a dishwasher. Sleeping arrangements include a main bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, and two full bathrooms, each featuring a shower, washbasin, and toilet. There is also a separate toilet for extra convenience. A plancha grill is available for outdoor cooking on the furnished terrace. The village offers comprehensive amenities for an engaging stay. The large swimming pool, which includes a separate children’s pool, is typically open from June 1st to September 30th (weather permitting). In July and August, supervised childcare is available for children aged five to twelve (4 hours/day, 5 days/week), complemented by an animation team offering varied sporting programs for all ages. For convenience, a mini-market with bread delivery, a bar, and a restaurant are open from late June to mid-September. Shared leisure facilities include a boules court and table tennis.
