This Tobyhanna house boasts 3 inviting bedrooms, including a king bed, queen bed, and fun 2 bunk beds -Twin over Double. Guests enjoy 2 bathrooms, each equipped with a refreshing shower and a hair dryer for convenience.

GUEST ACCESS:
You will have access to the entire home and outdoor area in the front and back. Except the kitchen closet, loft closet and the shed, authorized personnel only!

PARKING
We provide a total of 3 parking spots. Vehicles must be parked inside the driveway. There is no street parking.

Please note: This property requires guest registration and gate access. This HOA charges a $125 Guest Registration fee (charged at the time of booking). At check-in, all guests must stop by the Welcome Center to receive the amenity wristbands. Failure to complete the registration process within the allotted time could result in the reservation being cancelled. Late guest registration will be subject to a $100 rush fee.

**Please note that if you make a reservation within 3 days of your arrival date, a late fee will be charged in accordance with community policy.**

**All guests must be 21+ to book (or accompanied by a parent/guardian)**

Maximum occupancy: 10 guests. Exceeding this limit may result in a $50 fee per unregistered guest, per night.

Wristband info: Your $125 registration fee includes six (6) amenity-use wristbands. You may receive additional wristbands for $10 each, up to 10 per the maximum occupancy of the home. Wristbands do not include golf or fitness center use (separate fees apply). Wristbands must be worn at all times, failure to do so and using the community amenity could result in a fine.

*STAIRS
Please note: there are multiple sets of stairs throughout the home.

*Animals:
No pets are allowed in the premises and any amenity areas or the restaurant, including the pool, beach, playground, and sports courts.

*Streaming is available using your own accounts.

*This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning.

*No smoking/vaping anywhere on the property ($750 fee)

Please respect quiet hours from 10pm–8am as required by the community.

There are security cameras around the house for the EXTERIOR only and it only monitors the surrounding for safety purposes only. There are no cameras on the interior of the house.
