Please return kayaks and all house property and personal property by the river to the house each night, as the river height fluctuates.
No fish cleaning in the house.
If your stay is over Sunday night, please roll garbage to the road Sunday night and retrieve Monday.

I purchased this home in 2017 because it has all the features I’m looking for in a vacation home. A quiet, relaxing location, access to water to drop in a kayak, and plenty of nearby parks for hiking and biking. I hope you will enjoy spending your time here as much as I do.

Why they chose this property

This home is located in the Apalachicola National Forest on the Sopchoppy River in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood. The surrounding area, known as the nature coast, is full of parks, hiking trails, wildlife viewing, and ocean beaches. Not to mention great seafood.

What makes this property unique

My favorite feature is the screen porch with river and forest views. A great spot for relaxing or having a meal. We also offer two kayaks for guests to use, which can be launched from the property.
