Our large, fully furnished holiday apartment has a panoramic view of the mountains, its own private entrance and, in addition to a double bed, offers an additional bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed. You will also find a fully equipped kitchen, a large, bright bathroom and a sunny balcony. The fully furnished living room offers you a Smart TV with satellite reception and access to Netflix, Prime Video. A DVD player for your own films is available. Free WiFi is of course available to our guests.

Outside is our large garden with garden furniture and for our little guests, a sandbox and a swing, right next to the forest.

There is a free parking space right next to your accommodation. It is possible to rent e-bikes from us, and we also have a mobile home rental with special conditions for our guests. Rental of bicycles and mobile homes subject to availability.

If you wish, you can order fresh rolls from us every day (Mon-Fri until 7.30 a.m., on weekends/holidays until 8.30 a.m.). The final cleaning of the accommodation is €19, regardless of your stay. The washing machine and dryer can be used for a fee. All our guests receive the National Park guest card upon arrival, with many free and discounted offers around the Bavarian Forest holiday region.

It is 3.5 km to Eppenschlag, 5 km to Spiegelau and 10 km to Grafenau. In Spiegelau you will find several large food markets and one of the largest forest playgrounds managed by the Bavarian Forest National Park. You can reach the "Erlenberg" ski lift in about 20 minutes, the large ski region around the Kleiner and Großer Arber in about 30 minutes. Hiking trails on the Daxberg can be found directly at the house. In about 800 meters you will find the well-known Landgasthof zum Fürstn with typical Bavarian cuisine and other regional delicacies.
