NordseeResort - Beach House for up to 6 people

The Beach House was furnished by the owner with great attention to detail. Scandinavian design meets maritime flair.
The living area with its open kitchen captivates with its Nordic, maritime charm and leaves nothing to be desired. A cozy lounge chair and a comfortable sofa invite you to relax. When the dike is shrouded in fog, a flat-screen TV in the living area provides the perfect distraction.
Amateur chefs can let their creativity run wild in the modern Nobilia kitchen with its high-quality appliances and whip up a fantastic meal. For lunch, everyone gathers around the beautiful dining table, which seats six. And you can enjoy a sundowner at sunset on the wind-protected terrace.

The sense of well-being continues right away in the ground-floor bathroom. With the floor-level Rainshower and the additional sauna cabin, the bathroom is transformed into a small spa, creating a true wellness experience. This is deep relaxation for the body. The bathroom on the upper floor features a whirlpool tub for relaxation.

The bedrooms provide the perfect end to each day. Up to six people can sleep here. All three bedrooms feature high-quality box-spring beds, inviting you to sink in and enjoy cozy moments together. There are two rooms with double beds measuring 180x200 cm and one room with two single beds measuring 90x200 cm. All bedrooms feature a flat-screen TV. The upper floor offers a beautiful view of the dike.

All windows in the house have pleated blinds; the bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains, and each bedroom has an insect screen on one window. The entire house features Swedish solid wood parquet flooring and has modern underfloor heating on both floors. For cozy warmth during the cold season, you can also light the fireplace in the living room (please follow the instructions in the house. Fireplace cleaning is not included in the final cleaning).

The NordseeResort Büsum is one of our newest projects. A vacation park right on the North Sea. The chic Scandinavian vacation homes and apartments offer the perfect vacation atmosphere—not just when the sun is shining. The Family Lagoon, with all its bars, restaurants, and the beach, is just a few minutes’ walk away. All homes are equipped with Wi-Fi, underfloor heating, a wood-burning stove, a sauna, and a washing machine. Each residence has at least one private parking space.
