The 260 m² property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace, fan, washing machine, dryer, smart TV with streaming services, as well as books and toys for children.



The highlight of the property is its private outdoor area, featuring a pool (open from July 1 to September 1), garden, open terrace, covered terrace, 2 balconies, barbecue, and outdoor shower. Nearby, you can visit the cloister or the church at the Llosa del Cavall reservoir, and the Port del Comte ski resort is a short drive away.



The attic is private, with a permanent tenant and a pet. Only the first floor is rented. Parking is available on the street and within the paved garden area. Pets and parties are not allowed. There is space for ski storage. Bed linens are available for an extra fee. Use of diesel and energy may incur an extra fee. Firewood is provided.
