Vacation home with jetty in North Holland

The house is located in a vacation resort situated on a peninsula directly on a lake (Groote Vliet). The terrace and the dock are on the south side. With its good transportation connections, the peninsula offers the perfect vacation—a blend of nighttime tranquility and easy access to recreational activities. From this vacation home, it takes just a few minutes to enjoy the magnificent view of the IJsselmeer.

The approximately 70 square meters are divided into an entryway, a living/dining room, an open-concept living area with a built-in kitchen, three bedrooms—one with a double bed (160x200 cm), one with a double bed (180x200 cm), and one children’s bedroom with a single bed (80x170 cm)—a bathroom, and a terrace. All rooms are tastefully and lovingly furnished. A nice, concealed gas heating system is also available. The spacious living room is perfect for relaxing (satellite TV available). In the fully equipped kitchen, you’ll find everything your heart desires, from a 4-burner gas stove with a microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, and dishwasher.

A canal boat with approx. 8 PS and a steering wheel can be rented for an additional 250 euros per week.

The sea, the harbor, and the beach, as well as shopping and recreational activities (boats and bike rentals), are all within walking distance. In Onderdijk, you can surf, kiteboard, swim, fish, sail, bike, hike, sunbathe, and let the wind blow through your hair—it’s all possible here. There are also seven golf courses within 1.5 km (Golfbaan de Vlietlanden—three of them with 18 holes within a 20-km radius). Would you rather go shopping or visit museums? Then the historic port towns of Hoorn (20 km), Enkhuizen (10 km), and Medemblijk (3 km) are certainly worth a visit. Amsterdam is only 60 km away and easily accessible by public transportation. Children will have a great time at the nearby amusement parks. You can reach the island of Texel in 50 minutes by car, as well as the beautiful North Sea beaches. An indoor swimming pool and Märchenland are located in Enkhuizen, about 20 km away.
