This beautiful, modern penthouse apartment is located in the 4th. First floor of the house "Strandperle" in Großenbroder Strandpark.
In our cozy penthouse apartment, you live above the roofs of Großenbrode. The roof terrace with sea views invites you to laze and enjoy, with a morning breakfast you can enjoy the fresh sea air and the warm sunshine.

In our kitchen you will find the necessary accessories to prepare delicious meals with the whole family and then to enjoy them in a cozy round.

In the evening, our cozy living area in the gable roof, accessible via a spiral staircase, guarantees you well-deserved rest and relaxation. Finally, read a book and let the day fade away with a glass of wine. For common entertainment for the whole family, the apartment is equipped with a range of board games and a W-LAN enabled TV (YouTube, Netflix).

The apartment is located in the attic. The balcony faces east.

In the period from April to October you can use our beach chair to spend wonderful and sunny days on the beach.

Schöne Wohnung, verbesserungswĂŒrdige Buchung

Niedliche Wohnung, sehr sauber. Alles da, was man braucht. Die Buchung ist aber umstĂ€ndlich. Drei getrennte Zahlungen, eine mit Kaution (muss man prĂŒfen, dass sie wieder zurĂŒck kommt), ungefĂ€hr 15 Mails bevor die Buchung abgeschlossen ist. Eine Mail davon hatte 6 PDF AnhĂ€nge, aus denen man sich mĂŒhsam die Infos rausholen muss. Das geht besser.

Super Wohnung, super Ausblick!

Alles super geklappt. Sehr schöne Wohnung und sehr gut ausgestattet direkt am Strand. Gerne wieder. Lediglich die Matratze war nicht atmungsaktiv (wahrscheinlich wg. Kinder) - das sollte schon lieber geÀndert werden.

Wohnung sauber und gut eingerichtet. Ostseeblick sehr schön. FĂŒr grĂ¶ĂŸere Personen sind die ganzen DachschrĂ€gen etwas ungĂŒnstig, ist aber aus der Beschreibung ja zu entnehmen. Ansonsten ist alles da was man braucht.

Check in/out war problemlos. Das GebÀude befindet sich in zweiter Strandreihe. Die Wohnung hat einen super Blick auf die Ostsee. Alles ist vorhanden und sauber.

Toller Meerblick

Schicke, kleine Wohnung. Verwinkeltes Dachgeschoss gut genutzt, allerdings steht die 2Sitzer Couch unter der SchrĂ€ge eher ungĂŒnstig. KĂŒche komplett ausgestattet, toll gefrĂŒhstĂŒckt auf dem schnuckeligen Balkon mit Blick auf die Ostsee. Schade ist der doch sehr spĂ€te Bezugstermin der Wohnung am Anreisetag um 16h. Die Kurtaxe fĂŒr diesen Tag ist zu bezahlen aber eigentlich futsch. Trotzdem gerne wieder.

Es war eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Die Baustelle direkt vor der Unterkunft hat manchmal etwas gestört, aber dies war bei Anreise bekannt.

genialer Kurzurlaub mit Jussi

Eine Woche unseres Urlaubs haben wir mit unserer HĂŒndin Jussi in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist total lichtdurchflutet, gemĂŒtlich - mit allem, was dazugehört - eingerichtet und lĂ€dt dadurch zum WohlfĂŒhlen pur ein. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck findet natĂŒrlich bei gutem Wetter - und wir hatten es- auf dem Balkon statt. Neben StrandspaziergĂ€ngen bieten sich auch sehr schöne SpaziergĂ€nge durch die vielen Feld- bzw. Radwanderwege an. Uns hat es super gut gefallen und wir werden ganz bestimmt wiederkommen. K. und S. mit Jussi
