Stay right on Südstrand Beach, with a view of the spa gardens, which are an oasis of tranquility thanks to their mature trees. In just a few steps, you’ll be at the water’s edge, ready to enjoy the sea and the beach. Haus Eiche is bathed in sunshine all day long. The completely renovated and lovingly furnished apartment spans 3 floors (first floor, first floor, and attic) and invites you to relax and unwind. You’ll find a modern built-in kitchen with an adjoining dining room and a double-bed bedroom overlooking the park. The bathroom offers all the comforts you’d expect from a hotel bathroom, despite its compact size. The attic also features a heated storage room. Highlights such as a Nespresso machine, flat-screen TV, iPod radio/CD player, and Wi-Fi make this apartment the perfect alternative to a beachfront hotel. In the garden, shared with the “Schwalbennest” apartment, there is a paved seating area/patio with a small table, two chairs, and a beach chair during the season.

Wir haben eine Woche in dem Apartment gewohnt. Wir empfanden die Unterkunft als sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet mit Potential zur Nachbesserung (z.B. es lösten sich Furnierteile an einer Schublade und am Schrank). Das Platzangebot war sehr begrenzt und der Weg zur Toilette durch die Treppe nach unten nicht sehr angenehm. Die Beleuchtung hätte effektiver sein können und kaputte Birnchen hätten ersetzt werden müssen. Trotz allem haben wir uns recht wohl gefühlt und die Lage zum Meer war super.

Man muss darauf hinweisen, dass die Unterkunft auf 3 Etagen mit steilen Treppen verteilt ist und

Die 3 Etage macht wenig Sinn, ausser für Kinder. Trotzdem wegen der restlichen Positivfaktoren eine gute Unterkunft zu einem fairen Preis.
