It is a Woodstream 10.5 houseboat measuring 10.5 meters by 3.5 meters with a draft of 0.50 meters. It is equipped with a 15 PS engine with a bow thruster and a bow deck with a helm station,: an upper deck with lounge furniture, 1 large living area with a sofa corner (sleeper sofa) and a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area for 4 people, 2 bedrooms (each sleeping 2 people), and a spacious bathroom with a shower and toilet.
When picking up the houseboat, please pay a security deposit of 1,000 € in cash on site or purchase a security deposit insurance policy for 85 € before arrival. Additionally, driver training with instruction for 70 € is mandatory on site.



Our comfortable houseboats, which require no boating license and accommodate up to 4 people, are moored at the Senzig dock on Lake Kimnick in Königs Wusterhausen. You board the boat via the bow deck and step into the spacious living area with a sofa corner and fireplace, as well as a fully equipped kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet, and a bow and upper deck for relaxing, sunbathing, and barbecuing—all of which complete the houseboat experience.

On the waters of Berlin and Brandenburg, you can head to Berlin and Potsdam, or sail directly into the Brandenburg Lake District to Lake Storkow and Lake Scharmützel.
We can also rent you up to 3 boats accommodating up to 12 people at the same time.

Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
