Comfortable vacation apartment (80 m²) that sleeps up to 4 people, with a large terrace and a small garden

The apartment (80 square meters) can accommodate up to four people. A large furnished terrace with a grill and a small garden are available for your exclusive use. The large, light-filled living room features a wood-burning stove that provides cozy warmth on cool days (firewood is, of course, provided free of charge). The cozy couch has a practical pull-out sleeper function, ideal for an extra sleeping spot. A large smart TV and a stereo system provide entertainment. You’ll also have access to free Wi-Fi and a selection of books and board games. There is also plenty of information about the attractions in our region available in the apartment. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could need, including a toaster, a Senseo coffee maker, a kettle, a microwave, a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator, a freezer, an oven, and a dishwasher. A high chair is also provided. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), a bunk bed for two people, and a large closet. A fold-out bed is also available if needed. The private sauna invites you to relax. Use of the sauna is available for a flat fee. This fee includes the following: unlimited sauna sessions, sauna towels (with replacements provided as needed), bathrobes, and sauna infusion oils. A storage area for bicycles and skis is available. Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment. Smokers are welcome to use the large, covered terrace. A parking space for your car is located right next to the house. Upon arrival, you will receive the Bavarian Forest AktivCard from us. With this all-inclusive guest card, you’ll have free access to over 130 attractions, such as admission to many indoor and outdoor swimming pools, museums, various recreational and cultural facilities, and more. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. One pet is allowed for a flat fee of 25 euros per stay. One baby crib is available upon request. A visitor’s tax will be charged separately on-site: Persons 16 years of age and older: 3.60 euros; persons from age 6 through 15: 1.80 euros; persons under 6 years of age are exempt from the tourist tax. For severely disabled guests aged 16 and older with a disability rating (GdB) of at least 100%, the fee is 1.80 euros; for severely disabled guests aged 6 to 16 with a disability rating (GdB) of at least 100%, the fee is 0.90 euros. Subject to change. Payment is due upon arrival, either in person in cash on site or via advance bank transfer. We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance, which will cover cancellation costs in the event of valid reasons.
