Tucked into a relaxed Port Aransas neighborhood just a short drive from the Gulf, this one-of-a-kind compound delivers everything a large group needs: space to spread out, room to come together, and an outdoor setup that makes every day feel like a vacation.

Each home is thoughtfully designed with an open-concept layout, coastal-inspired interiors, and plenty of natural light. The fully equipped kitchens come with modern appliances and generous counter space, making everything from a lazy morning breakfast to a full group dinner feel effortless. Multiple living areas across the three homes give everyone a comfortable place to land — whether that's catching a movie, catching up over drinks, or simply unwinding after a day in the sun.

Sleeping arrangements are designed with large groups in mind. Bedrooms one through three in each home feature king beds, while bedroom four doubles as a flexible bunk and media room complete with a full-over-full bunk bed, twin trundle, full-size foldout, and a TV — ideal for kids or anyone happy to claim the fun room. With 12 bedrooms, 12 full bathrooms, and a half bath in Swinging Easy, the compound handles a full house with ease.

- This home allows up to 2 dogs for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can't guarantee that you won't hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
- Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time.
- Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times yearly.
- Pool heat is available for $50/night.
- Please note: Pool heat will not be available for the summer months (May - September).
- Please note that the maximum occupancy includes infants and babies. Ensure that the total number of guests, including little ones, adheres to the specified occupancy limit.
- Guests must be 21 years or older to book this home.

Parking Details:
- Boat parking and golf carts are allowed.
- Each home has room for 3 vehicles with a boat (depending on the size), or 4 vehicles without a boat.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
