Relaxing holiday

Comfortable and spacious apartment not far from De Haan. Very quiet situation. Beach at 15 minutes walk. Ideal place for a relaxing holiday. Problem persists with the shower drain. This is known for long, but nothing is done to solve it. If you rent this apartment keep windows open, in order to reduce the strong smell of sewage. This is the reason why our expectations were not met. The TV remote controls had no batteries, there should be a check, before new tenants arrive…..

Thank you for the comments. Unfortunately the odor is an internal sewage system fault that will need to be addressed from the building management. It has already been reported for solutions. The remote batteries have been replaced.

Komfortable, modern eingerichtete und ruhig gelegene Wohnung. Vielleicht sollten in Kürze mal die kleinen Bauschäden an den Wänden beseitigt werden und bei der Übergabe speziell im Badezimmer auf Sauberkeit geachtet werden. (Fotos hierzu auf Wunsch verfügbar). Sonst alles Ok und sehr empfehlenswert.

Tolle, ruhige Wohnung mit kleinen „Mänge

Exklusive Fewo in ruhiger und strandnaher Lage. Haben dort eine sehr schöne Woche verbracht. Allerdings sollten die Kleinen Baumängel irgendwann mal beseitigt werden und beim Vermieterwechsel doch ein wenig mehr auf Sauberkeit in den Schränken geachtet werden (Badezimmerschränke). Ansonsten nichts zu bemängeln.

Herrliche Wohnung

Tolle helle super moderne Wohnung! Wundervolle Aussicht. Leider fehlten im Wäschepaket Geschirr- und Spültücher. Das Toilettenpapierpapier war leer bis auf 5 Blatt.... damit hatten wir nicht gerechnet. Ansonsten wundervolles Quartier!
