The house offers plenty of space for 4 adults and 1 child.
House AVIVA has everything you need to make your vacation simply wonderful and a little bit unforgettable.
Your vacation home is a thatched-roof house situated on a south-facing lot. It’s equipped with all the amenities you’d expect in a vacation home on the Baltic Sea, even if the weather isn’t always perfect.
You’ll find a sauna, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large living area with a sofa arrangement where everyone in the house can find a comfortable spot. A fireplace and a large TV are just as much a part of the home as a large dining table.
Underfloor heating and roller shutters on all windows ensure a cozy atmosphere inside the house. You’ll also find pleated blinds for more privacy and insect screens on select windows. The free Wi-Fi allows you to check your email, watch videos, or make unlimited phone calls—which isn’t always possible in the Salzhaff area.
The large, south-facing terrace is equipped with a table and seating for 6 people, a beach chair, and 2 deck chairs.
It offers a stunning view of the nature reserve and lets you forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
You’ll also find various outdoor games, such as Spikeball, cornhole, and Swedish chess.

There are 2 parking spaces right next to the house.
Your bicycles can be stored safely in the lockable bike/equipment shed.

Dogs are not allowed.
Smoking is not permitted in the vacation rental.
Barbecuing with a charcoal grill, open fires, and setting off fireworks (New Year’s Eve fireworks) are strictly prohibited.
