Villa-Casablanca con vistas al mar, piscina privada, terraza y Wi-Fi

Villa Casablanca se encuentra en una ladera en su propia parcela elevada y rodeada de pinos con vistas al Parque Nacional de la Albufera

Parque Nacional de la Albufera y a sólo unos minutos de la playa de dunas de arena virgen "El Dosel", popular entre los surfistas de viento/kite, conocida como una de las últimas bellezas vírgenes con aguas cristalinas a lo largo de la costa española.



Debido a su posición la propiedad está elevada sobre el nivel de la calle con bastantes escalones que conducen a la entrada como se puede apreciar en las fotos. Hay un aparcamiento en la calle delante de la villa.



La villa se centra en una gran sala de estar de doble altura envuelta en dos lados por seis metros de frente de vidrio que permite que la luz natural en el corazón de la casa creando un ambiente al aire libre / interior entre la sala de estar y la gran terraza con cubierta de madera centrada alrededor de la piscina. Un comedor interior contiguo y una zona de cocina/desayuno de planta abierta invitan a no dejar nunca la piscina, ni de día ni de noche. Los pinos que la rodean dan a la casa una sensación de privacidad, aislamiento y exclusividad.

La casa puede alojar cómodamente a seis personas con el alojamiento dividido en el dormitorio principal con aire acondicionado y ducha/baño en suite y 2 dormitorios con dos camas que comparten un baño. Todos los dormitorios tienen armarios empotrados y aire acondicionado, excepto el dormitorio con dos camas individuales que está equipado con un ventilador. Hay una sala de lavandería con lavadora, mesa de planchar

y una pequeña terraza para secar la ropa.

La escalera circular conduce al Solarium con increíbles vistas de la zona

de la zona y equipado con un sofá exterior/zona de descanso y tumbonas para tomar el sol.

Las instalaciones incluyen: Smart TV, DVD, CD, MP3, USB, sistema de cine envolvente y conexión para teléfono móvil/tablet para su entretenimiento preferido, calefacción por suelo radiante, aire acondicionado/calefacción, WiFi, lavavajillas, cocina totalmente equipada, microondas, cafetera, tostadora, hervidor de agua, lavadora, piscina al aire libre, muebles de terraza, tumbonas, mesa de comedor y dos sillas de relax a la sombra junto a la piscina.

En el centro de la urbanización hay jardines cuidados, parque infantil, campo de fútbol/baloncesto y pista de tenis/padel. La urbanización dispone de seguridad nocturna.



Vivo en la planta baja de la villa en un apartamento independiente que comparte la entrada a nivel de la calle, así que esperaré su llegada, le mostraré la propiedad, le entregaré las llaves de la casa y estaré disponible para cualquier información o necesidad que pueda tener, aunque su privacidad será respetada en todo momento.



El mantenimiento de la piscina deberá realizarse cada dos/tres días en los días que acordemos.



Hay una barbacoa de gas en la terraza que sólo se puede utilizar bajo petición.

Pros: Villa Casablanca is amazing, the view from the pool is truely unforgettable. The property is very modern, neat, very clean and the beds are very comfortable. This place has a very relaxed vibe as we just spent 26 hours on a plane from Australia it didn't take long for us to unwind, I would say that Villa Casablanca is the best place by far that we have stayed so far. Beaches, shops and restaurants are a short drive. The host Elizabeth was extremely welcoming and was always there for us if needed. The town of Cullera and its surroundings are awesome. Overall this place is fantastic and I would highly recommend it to anyone, we will definitely be coming back.

Althouhgh there is in november no sunshine on the terrace (with swimmingpool) but the roof terrace offers a nice place for sun bathing. Elisabeth is very helpfull, always there when necessary but she respects the necessary privacy. Here partner José is the best paella cook from Spain!

Pros: We found this villa on-line and it more than met our expectations. It is beautifully located and is a home from home with everything a holiday-maker would need, and more. The villa is very spacious and comfortable, and has a private pool and decking, which we enjoyed hugely. Cullera has beautiful beaches, restaurants, a castle and is a great base for visiting the whole region. Cullera is about 30-35 minutes in the car from Valencia, where we visited the Biopark, Oceanografic, Botanical Gardens and Museum of Natural History. Gandia is a lovely seaside town about 30 minutes south, with superb beaches and facilities for children. We also visited the monastery at Simat de la Valldigna (30 minutes), and the water park Aqualandia in Benidorm, which is about 90 minutes drive - although in season Cullera's own Aquapolis is 5-10 minutes walk from the villa. We have no hesitation in recommending both this villa and the location. The owner, Elizabeth, sourced a buggy for us so we didn't have to bring our own and did everything possible to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We have no doubt that we will return in the future.

Pros: We have been renting many properties for vacations the last 15 years and for sure that one is part of the short top of the list....The house is just outstanding and provides an ideal mix between space, almost 360 degrees landscape view, modern/upper class furniture, sun bedding terrasse with unforgettable swiming pool....in brief, an ideal property for a family which wants to treat themselves with calm, luxury, and all the little details which makes life a wonderfull experience. Above all that, Elizabeth, the owner is nearby but very discrete, always willing to help and provide guidance and ensure your stay is as peaceful, as magic as possible......Please try the paella from Eli and José, you will not regret it and worst case....you may order couple more during your stay....... Pros: Great Bauhaus-inspired villa sitting on the backside of the mountain of Cullera, with spectacular views of fields, mountains in the distance, Valencia (you can see the Ciudad de las Ciencias y las Artes at a distance of 30km!), the coastal line (beautifully illuminated at the horizon at night) and the sea. Wonderful, very reliable English- and Spanish-speaking owner in separate condo on site, very helpful, correct and friendly. 3km to the beach, great starting point for excursions to Valencia, Gandia, Moraira, Calpe, Simat etc. if you don´t wish to stay around to enjoy the property. Spacious villa which we occupied with a family of 6 people, incl. two kids who enjoyed the feel of the home as much as we did. The two dogs of the owner who they could play with were an additional plus! Special place that you don´t find everyday and that will stay in your memory for long!

The house was excellent and even better than the pictures, with a wonderful view over the rice fields and we could even see the sea. The owner of the house was really friendly and helpful! She lives on the property so it's easy to get in touch with her. We flew from Oslo to Madrid and drove down to Cullera, nice roads and a 3,5 hour drive. Things we did while we were there, Aquapolis, 5-10 min walk from the house. Shopping in Valencia only 25 min drive. Visited The city of science, that was amazing! Went to many different beaches, lovely sand and not to crowded. Saw the castle, gorgeous view. Drove to Requena and visited a winery called Pago de Tharsys, took 1 hour to get there, really nice cava and friendly staff. Drove down to Altea and walked around in the old city . And best of all, mostly Spanish tourists in Cullera so you really felt that you were in Spain :-) Would love to go back!

Pros: We huurden de villa voor 14 dagen. Het was een pracht van een villa. We huren elk jaar op een andere locatie een deftige villa met huis en eigen zwembad, maar het mag gezegd dat deze er momenteel met stip boven uitkomt. Alles netjes in orde, nieuw, modern, airco, proper en vooral immens veel licht. We huurden de villa voor 2 volwassenen en 3 kinderen van 13, 19 en 22 jaar. Uitzicht was prachtig vanaf de villa. Je hebt geen last van buren, lawaai,... De verhuurster staat je bij met raad en tips zowel naar zaken die te bezoeken zijn als naar eetgelegenheden toe. De locatie is ook een ideale uitvalsbasis naar Valencia, Gandia, Altea, Alicante, Cartagena, Murcia, Xativa, ....... wij waren daar met de wagen en deze kon ook veilig geparkeerd worden in de straat net voor de villa. Op nog geen kilometer van de villa tref je ook een groot, nieuw winkelcentrum aan met o.a. Carrefour, MC Donalds, burgerking,..... In ieder geval is dit voor ons een echte aanrader en een plek om nog eens terug te gaan.

Kitchen well equipped, outdoor patio perfect for relaxing meals and lounging about reading and cooling off In the pool. Beds comfortable, shower luxurious. Cullera is a short drive away. Elizabeth, the owner gave us a friendly welcome and introduced us to Bejas, a well known artist whose Cullera workshop was a weird and wonderful treasure trove - a magical experience. Highly recommend.

Pros: We spent a great week in August in Villa Casablanca. Elizabeth was the perfect host and offered good advice re getting around the area, what to see - and with José provided a marvellous paella which we ate over three days! She even let us borrow a beach umbrella which was essential in the hot weather. We didn’t hire a car but took the bus to St Antonio which was an easy trip and walked to the wonderful local beach (just over 30 mins away along proper cycle/walkway). The local tennis club allow you to use their large swimming pool if you have lunch there but the villa pool is great for cooling down as well. Supermarkets are an easy 20 mins walk away. The property is as per the pictures - wonderful. Many thanks Elizabeth!

Pros: We hebben deze Herfstvakantie doorgebracht in deze indrukwekkende villa van Elizabeth. Prachtig huis en van alle gemakken voorzien. Zwembad is wel kleiner dan het op de foto lijkt. Het huis ligt op een goed half uur rijden van Valencia en ook de trein is een aanrader. Je arriveert eenvoudig in het centrum van de stad. Fijn strand in de buurt. Buiten het seizoen is er in de omgeving weinig te beleven. Je moet er dus op uit maar Valencia biedt voor iedereen wat. Elizabeth is een attente, zorgzame host. Er waren op ons verzoek boodschappen gedaan voor de eerste dag. Alle communicatie verliep uitstekend. Wij hebben een fijne tijd gehad!

We stayed with Elizabeth with our 5month old son for a week at the end of september. The weather was

Pros: We stayed with Elizabeth with our 5month old son for a week at the end of september. The weather wasn’t great so that impacted our itinerary a little bit. Contact with Elizabeth was easy and fast, mainly using whatsapp, she was very available for questions. When we arrived at the house, situated in a lovely urbanisation right across from Aquapolis, we got a warm welcome and extensive tour of the house as well as a lot of great local tips and addresses to go to during our stay. The house was clean, well equipped and beautiful. The amazing view in the morning always took us a little bit by surprise. We found the kitchen to be extremely well equipped and squeaky clean, we used it every night because going out for dinner was not an option because of our baby’s bedtime. Bed and bathroom were quite good but will be even better soon as Elizabeth told us new beds had been ordered! We didn’t need the airconditioning because of the weather but the heating worked like a charm, turning it on for just a few minutes heated the house to a comfortable temperature. The pool was too cold for us, I don’t know if it’s ever warm enough to comfortably take a dip. In summary we had a great stay with Elizabeth en José, it was a good retreat to relax and a perfect starting point to visit Cullera, Valencia and even Gandia and Dénia (which we didn’t do due to weather).
