Wonderful house in Baderna!!

Super accomodation! Beautiful, recently build house with everything a family needs. Super swimming pool, bbq on gaz, perfect rooms, very clean (inside and outside) Thank you Sanja for being a perfect hostess. We really had a perfect holiday!!! Family VDM Gwen

Fantastic accommodations!

Perfect location for exploring Istrian towns - located close to highway exit, with restaurants and groceries nearby. Home is beautifully furnished and maintained with attention to detail. Pool and outdoor recreation area perfect for relaxing and outdoor grilling equipment top notch. Beds very comfortable, baths well appointed, kitchen new with lux appliances. With 3 bedrooms plus attached studio, would easily accommodate a larger group. Would definitely stay again

Fantastic villa

This fantastic villa lives up to the pictures. We were 6 people - 3 generations together and we all enjoyed it. The villa is beautiful and has everything you need. We enjoyed the outdoor pool area and the BBQ area is fantastic. The host was very welcoming and helpful and answered quickly when we had questions about restaurants and experiences in Istria. We had 14 amazing days and would love to come back

Wir haben als Familie einen wundervollen Urlaub in diesem tollen Ferienhaus verbringen dürfen. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Das Ferienhaus ist super modern und chic und sehr sauber mit allem was man benötigt um den Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen zu können, ausgestattet. Sanja ist jederzeit erreichbar falls doch ein Problem oder eine Frage auftreten sollte. Der Pool war auch im Oktober noch gut nutzbar, sodass wir dank der Temperaturen viel Zeit darin verbringen konnten. Die Nähe zur Autobahn ist hörbar aber hat uns in keinster Weise gestört. Wir können das wundervolle Ferienhaus nur jedem weiterempfehlen.

Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche. Es ist super sauber, hochwertig und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Einzig der Pool war Ende September grenzwertig kühl. Da hätten wir uns eine Poolheizung gewünscht.

Villa Bonaci ist ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Das Haus ist modern gestaltet und eingerichtet, der Pool und die Außenanlagen sehr gepflegt. Unsere Gastgeberin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit jnd überrachte uns bei der Ankunft mit Käse und Wurst aus der eigenen Herstellung sowie bei der Abreise mit einem kleinen Abschiedsgeschenk. Das Haus liegt nahe bei Porec und den zugehörigen Stränden. Der nächste Supermarkt sowie Restaurants sind ganz nahe aber ein Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich

Wir waren mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. An dem Haus fehlt es sich an nichts. Das schöne ist, das sie sogar ein separates Apartment haben. Sodass man z.B wunderbar mit den Großeltern oder Freunden fahren kann. Wir waren als Familie in dem Haus und es war super für unsere kleinen Kinder. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke Sanja! :-)

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr, sehr schön!!Das Haus ist sehr sauber und es ist alles da was man braucht. Der Pool war ein Highlight, vor allem für die Kinder. Die Eigentümer sind super freundlich und jeder Zeit erreichbar. Das Haus ist gut gelegen, man kommt super nach Porec, Novigrad, Rovinj und Pula. Da kann man tolle Ausflüge machen! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben Ende Juli einen tollen Urlaub in diesem klasse Haus, das sehr durchdacht ist berbracht.Von der Küche über die Schalfzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad bis zum Pool, es ist alles da was man benötigt um die Zeit zu genießen. Sehr sauber und gepflegt ist hier selbstverständlich!! Dazu eine tolle -nicht aufdringliche- Betreuung von Frau Maric. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!Lieben Dank

Kleines Traumhaus

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt in der Villa Bonaci. Die Einrichtung wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgewählt. Es fehlt einem an nichts in diesem Haus. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und spricht sehr gut deutsch.

Tolles Haus, zauberhafte Gastgeber

Das Haus ist großartig, es fehlt an nichts. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad, es gibt ausreichend Handtücher sowie Badetücher für den Pool. Die Gastgeber haben einen gutes Gespür für liebevolle Details. Sanja hat uns persönlich empfangen, das Haus gezeigt und uns mit lokalen Köstlichkeiten begrüßt. Sie war rund um die Uhr für alle Fragen ansprechbar und sehr darauf bedacht, dass es uns gut ging. Nach einer Woche hat sie uns wieder mit einem Gastgeschenk besucht und auch zum Abschied gab es einen kleinen Gruß von ihr. Die Abreise war unproblematisch zu der von uns gewünschten Zeit möglich. Wir können das Haus mit Sanja und Ihrem Mann als Gastgeber uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Sehr schöne moderne Villa

Wir wurden an dem Anreise Tag sehr nett von der Besitzerin am Haus Empfangen. Das Haus hat keine wünsche offen gelassen. Grill, Pool, die Räume sind einfach klasse eingerichtet. Man sieht das die Besitzer sich viel Mühe geben und gegeben haben alles einzurichten und zupflegen. Der checkout war auch ohne Probleme!! Ich kann diese Villa allen empfehlen die ruhe ein sehr gehoben Standart im Urlaub bevorzugen. Vielen Herzlichen dank an Sanja :-) und bis bald

Super Haus und tolle Gastgeber

Sanja und Mario waren tolle und herzliche Gastgeber. Zur Begrüßung wurden wir von Sanja mit istrischen Spezialitäten (Schinken, Käse etc.) empfangen. Es gab eine kurze Einweisung und Führung durch das Haus, welche sehr modern und hochwertig sowie mit Liebe eingerichtet wurde. Es gibt sogar eine Fußbodenheizung wer hier also ausserhalb der Saison hin möchte liegt hier Ideal. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man braucht also muss man auch nicht soviel mitschleppen. Alle Zimmer sind mit einer Super Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Sanja war immer erreichbar für Fragen und hat uns per Whats-App auch immer informiert wenn z.B. der Müll abgeholt wurde. Zwischendurch haben wir auch frische Eier erhalten und auch ein nettes Abschiedsgeschenk. Wenn wir das nächste mal in Istrien sind kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub hier.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft

Die Villa ist in echt genauso schön, wie auf den Bildern. Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. (u.a. Waschmaschine und viele Handtücher vorhanden.) Vermisst haben wir nur einen Toaster und Mixer aber anonsten haben wir in der Küche alles finden können, was das Herz begehrt. Begrüßt wurden wir mit einer leckeren Käse-/Schinken-Platte und Brötchen. Nach einer langen Autofahrt eine aufmerksame und köstliche Willkommensgeste. Da nicht alle in unserer Gruppe das zur Anmietung der Villa geforderte Mindestalter von 25 erreicht haben, wurde neben der Begrüßung und Einweisung eine Kaution in Höhe von 150€ (Bar) pro Person hinterlegt aber diese erhielten wir am Ende des Aufenthalts nach Abnahme der Unterkunft in voller Höhe zurück. Die Villa liegt in einer ruhigen, etwas abgelegeren Umgebung. Neben der Villa befinden sich noch andere Urlaubsunterkünfte. Unsere Nachbarn (andere Urlauber) waren erfreulicherweise sehr umgänglich. Da wir mit dem Auto angereist sind, konnten wir Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (bspw. In Poreč) und das Meer gut und schnell (ca. 15 min) erreichen. Auf dem Weg -am Straßenrand- konnte man an einzelnen Ständen u.a. leckeren, frischen Honig und Obst erwerben. Bei Fragen/ Problemen gab es die Möglichkeit via SMS/Anruft Kontakt aufzunehmen. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden und können diese Unterkunft ohne Bedenken weiterempfehlen. Diese Villa in Kombination mit der richtigen Urlaubsbegleitung ermöglichen einen wunderbar erholsamen Urlaub. Vielen Dank !!!
