Escape to this luxury 1-bedroom A-frame cabin with loft, sleeping up to 4. Perched high on a bluff, it offers breathtaking views of the Caddo River and Ouachita Mountains. Relax in your private dipping pool (open April–October) or enjoy upscale amenities throughout. Sister cabin to Rivers Bend, set just below. A steep trail leads down to the river for the adventurous.

Loved it. We’ll be back for sure. Great views. Quiet and away from all the crowds and noise. The host was very communicative and responsive. A wonderful experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cabin on the bluff. Admittedly, I was a little worried the cabin would feel small by the pictures online, but it didn’t feel small at all. (And my husband and I are both very tall people.) also the pictures online do not do the view justice at all. The sunrise and sunset overlooking the mountains/valleys and river were just stunning! The kitchen had everything we needed for our minimal cooking we did. Everything was as described in the online booking. The goat trail to the river was exactly that. I would not recommend trying to make it to the river for anyone who is not sure footed. It was extremely steep at times with uneven terrain. Depending on time of year, make sure to spray with bug spray before venturing in the trail. The pool was cold from all the rain, but a nice extra with the incredible views. Overall a great stay! We will be back.

It is off the beaten path, which only increase its character, however little Glenwood Ark is a convenient 15 minutes away and we had no problem finding it using Google Maps. The A frame sits on a bluff overlooking the Caddo river. From the deck or patio you have gorgeous views of the Caddo river and the mountains. The property was very clean and well maintained. It had a small, well stocked kitchen, a Jacuzzi and very comfortable beds. It contained everything we needed for a great stay. And that’s exactly what we had! My only hesitation in recommending it would be my concern that if too many people discover it, the cabin will be difficult for me to reserve in the future. Because I certainly will return.

Nice place; I'd stay here again. We loved the pool and arcade. Comfortable beds , just wish it had bit better access to river.

The main reason we booked this property was the heated pool because I have a bad back. We show up the pool is cold reach out to host and they tell us they checked it a few days earlier and it didn't work. I was so mad they didn't think to reach out and let us know or offer a partial refund beds not all made.
