Enjoy your time outdoors on the large terrace, where you can barbecue together while admiring the view of the fjord. In addition, you also have access to a sauna and a whirlpool. The whirlpool can be enjoyed in spring, summer and autumn.



With this perfect base, you will be greeted with great opportunities for outdoor activities during the summer and winter months. Directly in front of the cottage is a wonderful hiking area, so you can explore the outdoors right away in the warmer months or head inland to the gorgeous terrain on cross-country skis in the winter. There are also all sorts of opportunities for fishing on the fjord, where you can grab seasonal fish, both pollock, cod and halibut. If you prefer to try your luck after freshwater fishing, Østervikvannet / Duorggajavri is a good starting point for fishing for trout and char.On hot summer days you can enjoy a nice sandy beach in Botn, 3 km from the cabin, or hike to the fjord below the cabin. From the cabin you can easily reach the two towns in the area, Harstad and Narvik, where you can expect all the offerings you expect from a city, both stores of all kinds, restaurants, museums and activities.
