dam of Lake Eder. The surrounding area attracts visitors with its diverse natural scenery and many recreational opportunities, such as mini-golf, a zoo, a climbing park, and much more.
The apartment sleeps 4–6 people and measures 90 square meters. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, radio, and a spacious refrigerator and freezer. 
A spacious open-concept living-dining room features a comfortable couch that can be converted into a sleeping area as needed, as well as a flat-screen TV.
