The two-room apartment is approximately 40 m² and has one bedroom (1 double bed). It is ideal for singles and couples. This apartment type features a spacious terrace and is located on the first floor. It can accommodate up to 4 people (max. 2 adults and 2 children) if desired. The apartment has a separate kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, and toaster, and dishes for daily use are also provided. Pets are allowed by arrangement. All apartments in the “Dithmarschen” building have Wi-Fi.

There are plenty of parking spaces available at the building. A coin-operated washing machine and a coin-operated dryer are at your disposal. A lawn, a sandbox, and a lockable carport for bicycles are located right next to the building.

Thanks to its location in Büsum’s premier spa district, both the sandy beach and the grassy beach are within easy walking distance, and the town center of Büsum is also nearby. A bakery and supermarket are just one street away.
