気になった点 : 設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備、コミュニケーション
Property was in village view was nice but we had big problems, we push to get in property early and we arrived to Prague 8 30pm and from airport to this hotel journey is around 2 hours , after so much argument and bad support from Expedia team , we got this property around 11 pm and the person could not speak English and want 2000 cz cash for security deposit. We didn’t take cash , there was no instructions. And when we call for help , the Expedia team put the phone down, and told us we can’t help, I was with family and we already paid for 4 nights on booking time . After so much begging him that let us stay .and we will take out cash tomorrow and give you deposit. Because the nearest cash point was 30 minute drive , Then he agreed . No shop there , no food , no soap . It’s mountains road , so take longer time to drive there . We never expect from ExpEdia team that leave us in this dangerous situation alone . It’s forest so unsecured. Without local friend don’t travel there . And don’t think any one help u .
