Una experiencia increible

Estuvimos en el periodo de pre-temporada.con lo cual no habia tanta gente lo que nos encanto. Linda casa, muy limpia y equipada, con una hermosa picina que disfrutamos muchisimo. Realmente, un lugar para regresar y por mas tiempo.

Coin tranquille, très reposant en période hors saison. Maison typique et ancienne. Tres belle terrasse avec piscine. Attention la piscine est un peu trop à l ombre. Tres bien équipé à l interieur . Merci .

Privacidad y relax en piscina

Fantástico fin de semana en el Delta del Ebro, la casa está bien, con todo lo necesario, mosquiteras y aire acondicionado que con estas calores y los mosquitos son imprescindibles. La piscina genial, y la privacidad y tranquilidad de 10. Hay supermercados cerca y se puede disfrutar de una buena barbacoa, vamos de 10. Gracias a J. y C. por asistirnos de seguida con el problemilla que tuvimos con el aire acondicionado, lo recargaron de gas y todo solucionado!

Hay un problema de hormigas por toda la casa. Instalaciones vuejas excepto la pi3que 3sta genial. Los sofas estana para cambiar

Hello Beatriz, Thank you for the feedback. As ants are common in the summer, our cleaning team always ensures that the house is always fumigated with ant removal products. It is however important to also to ensure that no food left overs are left on any surface and any open food items should be tightly packed away to prevent attracting these insects during the stay. Demasiado tranquilo

La casa estaba bien, pero demasiadas escaleras y muchos desniveles demasiados altos por el jardín ,con el peligro de que si vas con niños y personas mayores puedan caerse y algún escalón dentro de la casa que no se veía mucho y al no estár acostumbrado a veces te tropezabas. Habían muuuuuuchas hormigas. La piscina hacia ruido debido a que le faltaba un palmo de agua y los surtidores cogían aire, hasta el día de antes de irnos no vinieron hacer el mantenimiento y solucionar el problema.

Wunderschön

Wir haben dieses Haus für zwei Wochen mit zwei kleinen Kindern gebucht.Das Haus war sehr schön. Alles super gepflegt und sauber . Der Pool war perfekt . Es war alles in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, 2 min zum Supermarkt, 7 min zum Strand und ca. 10 min zum Restaurant, Bar etc.Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.

Bain de soleil est terrasse au bord de la piscine. Climatisation présente mais un peu juste , un seul bloc pour 3 pièces , par forte chaleur elle a du mal. Un petit magasin alimentaire est à 3 minutes à pieds, la plage à 5 minutes. Riumar est agréable mais très calme , peu d'activité sur place à part la plage ou piscine.

Veraltete Unterkunft, Mängel an Technik

Die ersten drei Tage ohne Backofen, danach mit Sicherungsaussetzern. WLAN erst nach zwei Tagen. Klimaanlage war überfordert, vereiste ständig und lieferte nicht genug Kühlleistung, dafür aber viel Kondenswasser Der Pool war alle. 5 Tage grün. Die Salzfilteranlage funktionierte zu kurz und zu schwach. Musste der Servicemann mit extra Chemikalien eingreifen.

Es tut uns leid zu hören, dass Ihr Aufenthalt nicht vollständig zufriedenstellend war. Wir stellen fest, dass während des Aufenthaltes auf jegliche Unzufriedenheitspunkte eingegangen wurde und die Mängel schnellstmöglich vor Ort gelöst wurden. Für die grüne Färbung des Pools möchten wir uns ebenfalls entschuldigen. Der Servicetechniker hat das Problem mit der Salzfilteranlage erkannt und entsprechend Chemikalien hinzugefügt. Wir hoffen, dass Sie trotz dieser Unannehmlichkeiten Ihren Aufenthalt genießen konnten und wir würden uns freuen, Sie in Zukunft erneut bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen.
