The Location
The vacation rental is located in Norderhafen, right next to the spa center in a stylish apartment building, with a direct view of the lake. Restaurants are within walking distance. The nearest beaches—Holmer Siel (4 km) and Fuhlehörn (3.8 km)—are easily accessible by bike. A central swimming area with a ramp and a shower is located right behind the dike. The spa center across the way features a swimming pool with a sauna and wellness treatments. You can take trips to the islands and Halligen on the Adler ships from Strucklahnungshörn (2 km).

Amenities
The 39-square-meter vacation apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is accessible via both an elevator and the staircase. Look forward to an open, modern living concept that will impress and delight you: a bright, cozy living room with a sleeper sofa (140 x 200), satellite TV, and an open, well-equipped built-in kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric orange juicer, Tefal contact grill, smoothie maker, electric kettle, toaster, and a Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine.
The bedroom features a comfortable upholstered double bed (160 x 200), and the windows can be blacked out. A washer-dryer is available in the modern, bright shower room.
From the living room and the bedroom, you have access to the enclosed balcony with patio furniture, offering a magnificent view of the lake.

Special Features
In our non-smoking vacation rental, we are happy to provide you with free Wi-Fi (fiber optic) and a parking space. You can store your bicycle in a bike shed. The vacation rental is heated by underfloor heating.

An initial set of bed linens and towels is automatically included with this reservation and is already part of the total price.
Additional linen packages can be added through the optional services.

The apartment building was completed in spring 2022. It is located right next to the spa center, on the shores of an idyllic trout lake, which you can enjoy an unobstructed view of from the terraces and balconies of all apartments.

The beautiful penthouse apartments even offer an unforgettable view of the North Sea and the Halligen islands!

A small convenience store with fresh bread and rolls is about 50 m away. Restaurants are within sight and only about 150 m away.
The nearest beaches are in Holmer Siel (4 km) and Fuhlehörn (3.8 km) and are easily accessible by bike. A central swimming area with a step-in and a shower is located near the Kurzentrum, right next to the apartment building.
