Above Pescaglia, far away from "civilisation", there is a large private house, divided into 2 units, the one on the upper right is occupied by the owner, the one on the left is reserved for holiday guests.
The large rustico further away is unrenovated and serves as a storage house.
The location is ideal for people who want to relax in pure nature, rest, trekking and long walks.
The house is accessible by stairs (downstairs cellar rooms) in front a kind of terrace with table and chairs and a small garden area.
Access to the house and a small pond.
Large kitchen with fireplace, dining table, oven and 5 burner cooker, dishwasher, ital. TV, stairs to the first floor.
Behind is dining room and a full bathroom (shower and WC).
On the first floor:
- 1 double bedroom with bathroom
- 2 double bedrooms
- 1 bedroom with 2 beds
- 1 shower room
The following might be to be paid extra: Bed Linen and Towels (initial set), Final Cleaning, Heating, Refundable Security Deposit in cash.
