Our villa is a real jewel, designed with great attention to detail to offer our guests an unforgettable stay.

With more than 300 square metres of living space, it offers enough room for up to 10 people, who are comfortably accommodated in the five beautiful bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.

The spacious living room and the cosy TV room with comfortable lounge sofas invite you to relax and linger. Enjoy a good book or treat yourself to a movie.

The elegant dining room or the shaded terrace are perfect places to dine together and make memories.

The fully equipped kitchen has all the amenities you need to create your favourite dishes.

However, the highlight of our villa is undoubtedly the gorgeous sandy beach, which is only a five-minute walk from the villa. The stretch of beach at this point can only be reached directly from the consorzio, so you are effectively on a private beach that will never be crowded.

There you can spend your days swimming in the clear, refreshing water or relaxing on the assigned beach pergola (with a table, a bench and four comfortable sun loungers) and enjoying the view of the turquoise sea.

The view of the coastal landscape between Castiglione della Pescaia and Punta Ala and the islands of Elba, Giglio, Montechristo and Corsica is simply breathtaking and will remain in your memory.

The beach is perfect for families with children as it rises gradually and allows safe swimming. In an assigned hut, you can change clothes or store your beach stuff without being disturbed.
After a day of fun at the beach, you can refresh yourself at our outdoor shower and then relax on the shaded terrace of our villa, which is equipped with a dining table and a comfortable lounge sofa.

From here you have a breathtaking view of the tropical garden with palm trees and cacti that surrounds the property and makes you feel like you are in another world. And if you want to stargaze at night, you can sit on the large roof terrace and enjoy the view of the clear sky.

The lively town centre of Castiglione della Pescaia is only 4 km away and offers everything you need for an unforgettable stay. From local restaurants and ice cream parlours to shopping and historical sights, Castiglione has it all.
