This exclusive penthouse is located on the 7th floor of our modern apartment building. The layout is exemplary, the design is skilfully planned, and the rooftop terrace offers a breathtaking view!

The spacious living and dining area is furnished in warm colours and features a wood-burning stove. Especially during the famous “Frisian lousy weather,” this stove really enhances the cosy atmosphere.
The wood-burning stove may only be fuelled with wood briquettes!
With its timelessly beautiful design, the elegant built-in kitchen offers everything you need. Dishes, silverware, glasses, as well as pots and pans are provided.
Please note that household supplies and consumables such as tea towels, dishcloths, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, etc., are not included; please bring these with you.

The bedrooms, furnished with box-spring beds, have a hotel-like feel.
On stormy and/or rainy days, the fully equipped bathroom transforms into a wellness sanctuary. A sauna, a rain shower, and a bathtub provide the comfort you need to relax. You can purchase sauna scents for your personal sauna moments at our front desk.
Underfloor heating throughout the apartment provides cosy warmth on cool days.

The large, wraparound, furnished rooftop terrace adds approximately 85 m² of outdoor space. Here, a breathtaking view awaits you from a considerable height.

Upon request, a travel cot with a mattress and fitted sheet and/or a high chair for toddlers can be borrowed at the front desk (located directly on the premises).
Shared washing machines, dryers, and irons are available for a fee in our laundry room on the ground floor of Building No. 48 (behind the front desk).

For safety reasons, barbecuing is prohibited throughout the entire holiday park.
Bachelor/hen nights or similar celebrations, parties, or events are not permitted in this accommodation.

One parking space is available to you free of charge for the duration of your stay.

The apartment is connected to the fiber-optic network and offers you excellent internet reception.
