Suite 3 is on the second floor. Queen-size bedroom, Smart TV and small seating area. Also includes a kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, sink & filtered water and dishes/silverware. Ensuite bathroom has large walk-in tile shower and beautiful soaker tub, and a vanity with oversized antique mirror. Guests have use of porch and garden seating areas. Steps from BrittFestival

Beautiful, Comfortable Room

We loved our stay at Kubli Haus. The room we stayed in was so beautiful. The attention to the small finishes and details made the stay just that much more comfortable and fun. The care and quality that Kathleen put in to everything in this room, from the beautiful solid wood doors with their classy, heavy knobs, to the gorgeous chandelier over the amazing soaker tub. (The water pressure is amazing and the tub fills quickly.) We loved how soft the towels were and the connivence of all the smaller amenities in the room. We popped popcorn in the microwave, stored drinks in the mini fridge and were grateful for the extra water bottles and coffee left on the sideboard. If we are ever staying in Jville again, we will book here again!

Romantic and cozy

We spent our 7th wedding anniversary at the Kubli Haus ! We stayed in suite #3 it was the most beautiful and romantic room we’ve ever stayed in. The soaking tub was a huge hit as we had just finished a long day of cyceling and running. The property owner was so sweet she even offered to bring epson salt to our room to soak our tired muscles in. She offered recommendations for dinner and breakfast spots in Jacksonville which we took her up on as they were a 2 min walk from our room. She also let me know that we could sit outside on the deck in front of another suite that evening if we wanted to because the room was vacant. The room was clean, warm, well decorated and even had a fuzzy blanket in the closet to make you feel even more at home! The location was great, and in a quite part of town. Highly recommend staying there!! Thanks for the wonderful getaway spot Kathleen your family knocked this restoration project out of the park! 💫
