Our vacation apartment complex offers 10 units accommodating 1 to 6 people. The apartments are new and modernly furnished, and each features a shower or bathtub/toilet, a kitchen, and a balcony. You’re also welcome to combine individual vacation apartments—by floor or as an entire house—just contact us—we’d be happy to advise you. Laundry room with washer and dryer (for a fee) in the basement!
Plenty of space around the house—children’s playground, barbecue hut, sunbathing lawn, and play area.
A forest trail runs right past the houses, inviting you to take your dog for a walk to the newly created lake on the Inn River.

Our vacation home complex is located in the Engadin—in Martinsbruck near Nauders—on the border with Austria and Switzerland, and offers plenty of space for rest and relaxation.
You can choose from 10 vacation apartments for 1 to 6 people in 2 buildings.
About a 10-minute drive away: Nauders (ski resort, mountain bike trails, shopping, restaurants) and Pfunds (outdoor pool, tennis, shopping, restaurants).
About 30 minutes away: Scuol in the Lower Engadine (spa, ski resort, restaurants) and Samnaun (with duty-free shopping, ski resort, restaurants)
