Welcome to our beachfront holiday apartment (ideal for families with children).
You’ll stay in a cosy 3-room apartment, set back from the traffic-calmed street, accommodating up to 4 people in approximately 55 m² on the ground floor.
A living and dining area with a comfortable sofa set, an LCD TV with satellite channels, a stereo system, a DVD player, and a fully equipped kitchenette (featuring a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, and egg cooker, toaster, coffee maker, and coffee pod machine) reflect our desire to offer you a nearly fully furnished apartment.

The bathroom, featuring a shower, heated towel rack, and hair dryer, along with two modern bedrooms equipped with double beds (180 cm x 200 cm and 160 cm x 200 cm), complete with adjustable bed frames and high-quality mattresses, SAT-LCD TVs in both bedrooms, and balconies facing west and east invite you to enjoy a relaxing holiday. Electric roller shades in both bedrooms provide privacy and the option to block out light, while the screen doors keep mosquitoes and flies out.

Free Wi-Fi is available in the apartment.
Your car is safely parked in the underground garage.

The Residenz Steinmarne is a holiday apartment complex in Cuxhaven-Duhnen. It is located right near the beach, behind the dike and dunes, on a low-traffic street. The complex features 34 holiday apartments for 1–6 people, each with a fully glazed bay window. An lift is available only in Building 1, which houses apartments numbered 1.01–1.16. The apartments in Buildings 2 and 3 are located on the second floor at most.
Recreational activities: Children’s playground; swimming and sauna facilities at the nearby Thalasso Centre “ahoi!” in Duhnen.

Parking space in front of the building or in the underground garage, corresponding to the apartment number (maximum entry height 1.95 m, parking space width 2.40 m – 2.50 m; no entitlement to an alternative parking space)

Bike rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (e-bikes excluded).
