Extensive renovations inside and out include full electrical upgrade with car charger, cozy wood stove, professional landscaping and a deck overlooking the water. Enjoy meals on the deck, fill the house with peonies from the garden, paddle to the oyster float or lounge in the wood fired hot tub - there are limitless ways to enjoy both the tranquility of the property and proximity to all needed conveniences. 2 bedrooms / 1 bathroom.
