Wilderness retreat! Beautiful cottage thats a hidden treasure on 5.5 acres. Spend your time outdoors, wildlife watching, reading,making smores at the firepit. Only 30 min to Panama City Beach. A few miles to Holmes creek for paddling. End of Choctaw rd for boat access for fishing in the river! See map. Also large blowup bed in loft to sleep 2 more.

Built in Vernon to have a weekend getaway place but ended up not being able to spend a lot of time there.

What makes this property unique

Very cute floorplan that I designed. It's out and quiet but close enough for your day trips to beach or the springs.
