On the first floor there are two more bedrooms with a balcony and one bathroom. One of the balconies offers a beautiful sea view – just imagine enjoying your favorite drink while watching the sunset.The location of the villa is excellent: the beach and cafés are only 1 km away, a restaurant 350 m away, and shops 650 m away. Guests can also enjoy many activities in the surroundings. Nature lovers can explore scenic cycling and hiking trails, while culture and history enthusiasts can visit archaeological sites, old churches, museums, and galleries in nearby towns such as Pula, Fažana, Medulin, and Ližnjan.
