The property may not be used for weddings, ceremonies, receptions, parties, gatherings, or any event involving non-registered guests without prior written approval and a separate Event & Estate Use Agreement.

The presence of unregistered guests, event equipment, décor, vendors, or increased vehicle traffic will be treated as an unauthorized event.

Any use of the property for an event or gathering without a separately executed Event & Estate Use Agreement constitutes a material breach of our VRBO Property Rules.

Please note that the sauna, cold plunge, jacuzzi, and outdoor fire area are reserved exclusively for guests who have booked the Main Estate Experience.

The Host reserves the right to immediately terminate the stay without refund and retain the security deposit.
