Am 2. Tag klemmte die Wohnungseingangstür, sie ließ sich nicht schließen. Ein Anruf bei der Verwaltung und ca. 3/4 Std. später war der Hausmeister da und reparierte. Super. Man ist in ca. 3 Fußminuten an der Promenade, aber trotzdem ist die Wohnung ruhig in einer Sackgasse gelegen. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: eine Dachschräge hängt sehr tief in den Wohnbereich rein, man muss aufpassen, dass man sich nicht den Kopf stößt.
