This 3-bedroom vacation home accommodates up to 4 people in 74 m² of living space.

The house features one bedroom with a 2.20 m-long double bed and one bedroom with two separate beds. The living room features a comfortable leather sofa, a wood-burning stove, internet access/Wi-Fi, a landline phone, and satellite TV. An additional TV is located in one of the bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, electric stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and plenty of dishes. A large dining table offers enough space—even for more than 4 people. If needed, the high chair for toddlers can be brought in from the second bedroom. You can store your valuables in a small safe. The bathroom, which has a shower and toilet, is equipped with a makeup mirror and a hair dryer. There is also a separate toilet. There is a coat rack in the hallway.

The covered patio on the sunny south side is just a few meters from a garden pond. Ample garden furniture is provided.

You can park your car in the outdoor parking space at the entrance to the vacation park. You can drive right up to the front door to load and unload your luggage.

In our park-like vacation resort, situated on the edge of the forest, you’ll find child-friendly and comfortably furnished vacation homes and apartments for up to 8 people. With many attractive recreational activities in the park and the surrounding area, the Falkenstein Vacation Park is a perfect vacation destination for families. In the car-free complex, our younger guests can play to their heart’s content on the forest playground or at the table tennis tables. When the weather is bad, the kids’ club provides entertainment with games and movie screenings.

Spend cozy evenings with friends and family at the barbecue area, for example. Our friendly team at the front desk will also be happy to arrange a babysitting service if needed. At the centrally located reception desk, our staff will gladly assist you with leisure tips, take bread roll orders, or arrange wellness treatments.

The heated Falkenstein outdoor pool is located right next to the vacation park; our guests enjoy free admission here during their stay. You can also visit the Churpfalzpark Loifling as often as you’d like during your vacation with a one-time payment for a day pass.

From your vacation rental, you can reach the town of Falkenstein in just a few minutes, where you’ll find plenty of shopping options and traditional Bavarian cuisine.
