A vacation for the whole family near the beach

The Sonnenliebe vacation home is located in the heart of Groß Schwansee in a quiet residential neighborhood, just a few minutes’ walk from the beautiful Baltic Sea beach. This comfortably furnished home can accommodate up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms. With a sauna, fireplace, washer, dryer, large dining area, and a superbly equipped kitchen, relaxation comes easily. Two bright, inviting bathrooms ensure a relaxed start to every day.

The beautiful, well-established garden was specifically designed to offer quiet corners while also providing plenty of space for the whole group to gather. The Weber grill is perfect for barbecuing at any time, and the cozy patio furniture invites you to relax.

Special attention was paid to the little ones during the design process. All bedrooms can be completely darkened with electric blinds, most outlets are childproof, and the staircase is equipped with a child safety gate. In addition to high chairs, a crib, a baby bathtub, a changing table, a handcart, and a garden playhouse, there are, of course, cutlery and plates for the little ones, as well as a lovingly furnished play corner.

If the weather isn’t ideal for sunbathing or going for a walk, there are plenty of other great activities available inside the house. The “Sonnenliebe” features two large LCD TVs, a stereo system in the kitchen, and a Sony PlayStation, a DVD collection, various board games, and many books in the living room. Our guests have free access to Wi-Fi (250 Mbit/s) as well as a phone for calls to German landlines.

NEW!!! The owner of this vacation home changed in 2022. In the spring of 2023, the entire house was renovated and now boasts a fresh new look in a friendly, Nordic design.

Please note: During the summer months of July and August, the house is rented only on a full-week basis (preferably Saturday to Saturday). Over Christmas and New Year’s, a minimum rental period of 5 nights applies. Please have the security deposit (300 euros) ready upon arrival.

NEW!!! The municipality of Kalkhorst will introduce a visitor’s tax starting at 01.06.2025. This tax is 1.50 €/day for guests aged 16 and older; children under 15 are exempt, and people with severe disabilities receive a discount.
The visitor’s tax can only be paid online. Guests will then receive a visitor’s card—also exclusively online. We will send our guests a link to register before their arrival.
