This beautiful and cozy two-room apartment is located right in the heart of the action on Friedrichstraße, yet faces the quiet south side and features a sunny balcony. A fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a living room with a seating area featuring a double sofa bed, and a dining area leave almost nothing to be desired for your vacation. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the building at Friedrichstr. 35. After a day of activities, enjoy a glass of wine in the evening on the south-facing balcony.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor, measures approximately 58 square meters, and is fully tiled in light colors. It features a fully equipped kitchen in Frisian blue and white with a dishwasher and a 4-burner stove. The spacious shower room is tiled in light colors. The shower stall was replaced in 2018. The cozy living room features a very comfortable sleeper sofa with a mattress (replaced in June 2019), a 40-inch flat-screen TV, a stereo system, and a small dining area. Wi-Fi internet access (subject to availability) is also available. The bedroom features a white wooden bed with twin mattresses (90x200 cm) and two nightstands; this was replaced in November 2020. The bedroom also includes a large, 3-door wardrobe. The apartment is furnished for 4 people. A balcony facing the sunny south is available for your use.
