This is a basement-level property located close to the beach, which means humidity can be present. To manage this, two dehumidifiers are installed to collect excess moisture. Once their water tanks are full, they are emptied and reconnected to continue operation.



Free parking is available on the street. Pets are not allowed. Wi-Fi and air conditioning are not available.



Please respect the house rules, clean the loft, and dispose of your garbage properly. Do not touch the black plug under the kitchen table under any circumstances. Parties and events are not allowed.

Pros: Just had a lovely stay at The Loft. The location is amazing, right on the beach, literally a stone's throw to the sea. The view from both the bedroom and ground level is spectacular! Whilst the facilities are not modern, you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Check in/out was easy with the lock box. Communication with Irineta was good and she was very friendly and accommodating.

Charming, but not worth the price

The location is beautiful, the home is very charming, as it looks in the pictures, and I was very much looking forward to staying there, but for the price I paid, I would expect a place to be in tip top condition. In my opinion this place is not that well maintained - there is chipping paint, rust bleeding through painted metal, cracks and chips in the flooring, and most alarming, some electrical issues that need to be addressed. I would have put up with the cosmetic things, but the electrical issues scared me and I didn’t feel safe. Because of that I ended up staying only one night of the 3 nights I had paid for. The owner was kind enough to refund me $155 of the $725 I had paid, saying that that reimbursed 2 of the nights. That’s not how my math works, but I was glad to get any amount. She asked me not to leave any review of my stay, if I was not going to leave a positive review. I think that is unfair not to give prospective renters a chance to see any kind of reviews. Perhaps this explains why there is only one review. I apologise to the owner for not giving a positive review, but I felt I had to be honest.

Hello Margaret, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are happy that you liked the beautiful location of the property. However, we regret some aspects did not meet your expectations, and we would like to put forward our comments. Due to the great location, just 3 metres from the sand, this can cause humidity, calcium etc. However, the property is well maintained each year, and any repairs are completed. We would like to mention that there are no electrical problems. Although the lamp was a bit worn out, we can confirm that this has been changed by an electrician and everything works perfectly. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. The host has welcomed many satisfied guests, and is always available and committed to making their guests' stay most comfortable. If there is anything you require during your stay, it is important to contact your host, and they will gladly do their best to assist. We appreciate your feedback, and hope to welcome you to a Holidu property again soon. Irina & Team Holidu.

Más cerca del mar imposible!!

Pros: Si buscais un sitio para desconectar y descansar muy cerca del mar, esta casita es un acierto. Tiene mucho encanto y no le falta de nada. Irina la anfitriona es muy agradable y rapida en contestar. El proceso de checkin fue muy facil.
