Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in: After 4:00 PM
Check-out: By 10:00 AM
Please respect checkout time so our cleaning team can prepare for incoming guests.

Occupancy
-Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless approved in advance.
-Maximum occupancy: 4 guests.

Respect for the Home
-Please treat our home with care as if it were your own.
-Kindly report any damage or maintenance issues as soon as possible so we can address them quickly.
-No smoking or vaping inside the home.
-Smoking is permitted outdoors only, and all cigarette butts must be disposed of properly.

Quiet Hours
-Please respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.

Cleanliness
-Please avoid eating or drinking in beds.
-Help us keep sand and dirt outside by rinsing off beach gear and shoes when possible.
-Leave the property in reasonably tidy condition.

Waterfront & Outdoor Items
-Feel free to enjoy the waterfront and outdoor amenities safely.
-Guests use fishing poles, snorkelling gear, beach equipment, kayaks/paddleboards (if applicable) at their own risk.
-Please rinse and return all equipment after use.
-Beach bikes available upon request
-Pool service is provided

Pets
-Please reach out to us first if you'd like to visit the property with a pet

Parking
-Please park only in designated areas and avoid blocking neighbors’ driveways, please do not park in the street

Safety
-No parties, events, or large gatherings without prior approval.
-Please lock doors and windows when leaving the property.
-Turn off lights, fans, and appliances when not in use.
-Kindly report any damage to the property or maintenance issues to the property owners as soon as possible so we can address them quickly.

Before Check-Out
We’d greatly appreciate your help with a few simple items:
✔ Place used towels in the bathroom
✔ Load but do not start dishwasher
✔ Take out trash to designated bins
✔ Return items to where you found them
✔ Lock doors and leave the keys in the tray by the front door foyer

-Please note that any damaged item will be deducted from the damage deposit
