Sowohl Check-in wie -Out waren nicht sonderlich toll, Erreichbarkeit des Vermieters schlecht, erst nach zig Versuchen geht mal einer ans Telefon, Check-in dann mit wortkargem Sohn gemacht, Check-out war dann am Telefon "Lassen Sie einfach den Schlüssel stecken".Meine Wohnung hatte keine Küche (Zustand nach Sanierung der Wohnung, Küche wurde angeblich noch nicht geliefert). Ich hatte zwar ein paar Küchengeräte, aber weder einen Kühlschrank noch eine Spüle, eine andere Wohnung war aber angeblich auch nicht frei. außerdem war der Spülkasten der Toilette defekt. Auf Nachfrage sei aber eine Preisminderung auch nicht möglich, eine stattdessen versprochene Flasche Wein gab's am Ende auch nicht. Einzig positiv zu erwähnen ist das bequeme Bett.Außerdem ist zu beachten, dass der Preis höher ist, weil hier in den Kosten eine zusätzliche Beherbergungssteuer in Erfurt nicht erwähnt wird...325 statt gebuchten 304 (was für zwei Nächte schon ziemlich fett ist)
