A beautiful bungalow for a wonderful holiday close to the sea! This stylish and spacious (70m2) holiday home at Park Campanula is quietly located, comfortable, very light and sunny.

Living room-kitchen
The large living room has a sliding glass door on the south side over the entire width and height. This makes the room always light and sunny. The underfloor heating provides a pleasant indoor climate and for colder days you have a beautiful fireplace at your disposal. The adjacent open kitchen is practical laid out, fully equipped and versatile.

Bathroom-toilet
You will also feel the comfort of underfloor heating in the bathroom and toilet. The walk-in shower is also safe to use for the elderly thanks to two sturdy handles. The spacious toilet has its own washbasin with mirror.

Bedrooms
In the master bedroom, a double Auping Auronde bed of 160 x 200 cm with two mattresses ensures a good night's sleep. You can easily store all your belongings in the three-piece hanging/storage wardrobe. The small bedroom has two Auping Auronde single beds of 90 x 200 cm. You can store things in the half-height cupboard and there you will also find all kinds of games. Both bedrooms have blackout roller blinds.

Terrace-garden
Through the sliding doors you step directly onto the spacious and largely covered terrace with windbreak. Thanks to this shelter, you can almost always sit and eat outside at the large table. The sunny southfacing lawn (± 70m2) offers plenty of privacy.

Park Campanula
The small-scale and quiet park offers various facilities (at an extra charge). At the entrance you will find a convenient laundry room. Opposite, you can rent electric bicycles for a day or longer. Within walking distance, you can swim in the indoor pool, relax in a real sauna, or play tennis and a round of mini-golf.

A 10-minute walk away on Belkmerweg is a medium-sized SPAR, which sells bread every morning from April to October!

Surroundings
Of course, you are here in the first place to enjoy the sea, the beach and the beautiful dunes. In spring, you will be amazed by the varied colours of the bulb fields. For the children, there are fun and active pursuits at Amusement Park De Goudvis and Adventure Play Paradise Land van Fluwel. And of course there are several small and cosy restaurants.

For a day out, for shopping or visiting a museum or a good restaurant, we recommend Callantsoog, Schoorl and Bergen, and Schagen and Alkmaar. And of course, a day on the ferry to Texel is absolutely fantastic. There, visit the centrally located picturesque Den Burg and the entertaining and educational nature centre Ecomare.

• Parking at the bungalow is not possible. This is possible on the park's central parking.

• Use of park swimming pool (against payment).

• Campanula is a family park and therefore this bungalow is only rented to families and couples, groups are unfortunately not welcome.
